Got to poole around 10:30 and set up the 9m boxer. Very gusty and choppy, up and down in the water quite a bit, trying to stay in control when the gusts came through !! A few good runs back and forth though.

Started to hail so went into have lunch. About to leave when the sun broke and it became a lovely afternoon. Wind dropped to about 15-18 knots so took the 12 metre naish cult out, 2 hours in the harbour, coming in with the tide with the water perfectly flat. Got my first complete turns in which was nice !! Not too busy either with about 10 other kites out. Kited while the sun was setting and packed up in the dark !! a very good (well afternoon!!).
